Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order. There are no shipping charges at checkout, whichever country you order from.

This is a pre-order drop

Each lamp is cast, finished and wired after the drop closes. Nothing is held in stock. Expect delivery 20 to 30 days from the day you place your order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If you have not had one within 30 days of ordering, contact webincursion@gmail.com and we will tell you exactly where your piece is.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the destination country may attract import duty or tax. Those charges are set by your own customs authority, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damage in transit

The piece is resin and hardwood and is packed accordingly. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and email webincursion@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
