This is a pre-order drop. Each piece is cast and finished after the drop closes, so expect delivery in 20 to 30 days from the day you order. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
If your piece has any defect, we take it back. Damage in transit, a flaw in the resin or wood, an LED or wiring failure, or anything that does not match what was described: we replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage.
Email a photo to webincursion@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we will sort it straight away.
Because each lamp is cast to order for the person who ordered it, we do not take change-of-mind returns. Defects are a different matter and always covered. None of this affects your statutory rights.
